Still Unpacking!



So we are still unpacking boxes from the move.  I think at night our boxes are breeding like rabbits, everytime we turn around there is another box.  Most of the rooms are unpacked, I still have my office and the garage to do :-(

I figure we'll be done next week sometime, then I can begin my art endeavours!

Blog Slacker!!!!

I have been a huge blog slacker!  I'm sorry...



We've moved out of our house and into another one fairly close to the last one.  This one is way better for the kids, it's back in a neighborhood so they can ride bikes, skateboard, and play outside without the fear of getting hit by a car.

Once I get my office unpacked, I'm going to start to get to work and post it here for all to see.  I've been a blog slacker for a while now, sorry I'll try my hardest to keep this thing up to date, the last thing I think about is running to the web, I need to get better at that.

I'm working on some cells for an animation that I'm going to be starting very soon.  My kids and I are going to work on an animation project together. Each of my kids have their own unique style, so it's going to be interesting to see the character designs and in what direction each of them take their characters.

I just finished watching another great animated cartoon series from my past.  Aeon Fluxx!

The Maxx!

I absolutely love this cartoon,  and this style of animation. Not to mention the story is very confusing and guessing.  I love it, I wish there were more seasons.

Why PJ Wigglesniff?

Ok so I've been asked what or why PJ Wigglesniff?

PJ Wigglesniff is a character I created for one of my animated cartoons "Skeez and Earl", I have no idea where I came up with the name PJ Wigglesniff, it just came to me.  I ended up liking PJ more than Skeez or Earl.  Don't get me wrong, I like my main characters, but I like the direction I took PJ. I think one day I'll have to spin PJ off on his own cartoon, just like Daria from Beavis and Butthead.

Man I feel like I only write to this blog on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so here is a quick sketch on a different day!

Well I started to sketch my design out on the canvas.  I'm thinking it's way too busy.  I think I'll break it up into several canvases different sizes that all fit together.

Abstract Designs

I've started a new series of designs back in 2010.  I've had this idea for a long time now and started putting them on paper, so I can one day put them on a canvas.

They are somewhat MC Escher-esque, each shape is in front of one, but behind one that is in front of it.

It's hard to explain, take a look and let me know what you think.

Why have I wasted this space on the internet?

• To post my artwork, cartoons, photographs, etc. for all of the people of the internet to enjoy
• Rant and rave about life, people, things
• To share my thoughts and ideas

And the real reason, to find out just what this "Blog" phenomenon is all about.
(My friends all do it and say that it's fun and it'll make you feel good, and because I cave to peer pressure, I decided to go for it.)
